a pinch of was established on 1 July 2016 as a gourmet food business producing artisanal (handcrafted) flavour infused salts, spices, Tasmanian native/wild food and other indulgent gourmet food products.
This small artisanal business has evolved from our lifelong love of creating unique (and slightly quirky) food as well as a passion for locally produced Tasmanian produce.
Available right now are the first of the product ranges “a pinch of salt”. This is a series of beautifully presented and unique gourmet infused salts and salt blends. In conjunction with the salts are a range of gourmet treats that feature the unique salt flavours (chocolate bars, gourmet popcorn, artisan caramels and activated walnuts to name a few).
Future products and flavours will be determined by seasonality of ingredients and, of course, your feedback.
