activated walnuts: merlot molasses & rosemary


Merlot grape juice is reduced down until it’s a slightly sweet, slightly tart, sticky molasses. This is blended with fresh rosemary and Tasmanian sea salt and used to coat delicious activated walnuts.

Walnuts are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, a heart-healthy compound and a rich source of essential oils minerals and protein.

what is activation?
